I love this hotel, it's fantastic for solo travelers. I almost feel like I shouldn't review it because then more people will find and book the hotel thus it might get sold out when I need it (afterall it's a small 4-storey hotel). All amenities are simple but complete. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Cleaning service comes daily to replace tea & coffee. Best of all, the price is very affordable.

Good location and accessible via public transportation. Good option for transit. Numerous food options available near location. Great service by staffs. Clean room and pleasant stay. Price decent and normal for a stay in Singapore.

Customer service was really bad especially the person there called Lena or Lenna was wanting to use the restroom urgently and 2 of my friend actually have registered for the room so I was told to wait until one of them come down first after waiting for 10-15min another guy told me I’m not allowed to go up to use the toilet cause it was already registered to both of my friends name so I asked him then if I want to use the toilet where am I suppose to find? He open the staff toilet for me but the problem is why from the start Lena can’t open the staff toilet for me to use when I’m urgent?

The size of the room is ok, suitable for solo traveller. The location of the hotel is very strategic, a short distance walk from the hotel to Serangoon mrt station and NEX mall. However, soundproof of the room is slightly bad, if you have a noisy hotel neighbour, you could really listen to their conversation.

The bed sheet is dirty and also the table found some hair... Location is perfect, just a few steps away from the Kovan MRT station. The light in the room is not enough brightness.
